"Gina is by far the best trainer I've had. We started working together two years ago, a few months before my wedding. Like every bride, I wanted to tone up and lose a few pounds. It was really important to me to find a trainer who could not only help me do that, but also one that really understands biomechanics and physiology, because I had some injuries to work around (ACL/knee reconstruction, torn shoulder cartilage).

She did not disappoint. She listened to me and what I wanted to achieve, and helped me get there. I was camera-ready on my wedding day, and got so much out of our sessions that I asked if we could keep working together. Six months after that, I had less pain and more range of motion and greater strength and than I had had in years.

One of the best things about Gina is how caring she is.  She'll ask you how you're feeling, and really want to hear the answer. And she'll take information about other activities in your life and figure out routines that will help complement them.

She also really knows her stuff. My body has gone through a lot of changes over the past couple of years and Gina has modified our workouts appropriately.

From a professional standpoint, she is extremely reliable, dedicated, thoughtful, responsive, and genuine. And very good about communicating whether it's through text or email, which comes in handy for scheduling. She also has been understanding during times when I haven't been able to train e.g. early pregnancy, and kept me on as a client, when other trainers may have not.

She is also a real sweetheart! After two years of working together, I consider her a friend.  

There's no question that I would hire Gina again - we still train together once or twice a week - which I look forward to very much!

Even this morning - 39 weeks into my pregnancy -we had a great training session, which is a great testament to how fit she is helping me stay."
